Tom Truong serves as President of Realty Direct's Quincy located in Marina Bay. As President, he uses innovative techniques combined with industry skills to manage and position the business for growth and success by engaging the client and capitalizing on leading edge technology and market avenues. He oversees Cash Back Programs of up to 1.5% of the sales price and Realty Direct commissions of 3.99%.

Born in Vietnam, Truong moved to Boston with his family at the age of seven. He is a University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate, with a Bachelor of Economics and a minor in Business Management. Soon after graduation, he began his career with The Boston Insurance Center, Inc., where he was part of a team that helped take the company from $2 million to $8 million in annual sales prior to its acquisition by Gallagher. He is Director of Business for Amity Insurance Agency, Inc. and prior worked for the Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Agency's Braintree Office, headquartered in Chicago with sixty branches, where he served as CFO for the three New England Branches.

He resides in Southborough, MA with his wife Marissa and their daughters, Olivia and Chloe. An active member of the community, Truong is a member of the Board of Directors for the Habitat for Humanity in Boston, a member of EMSI, an organization of U Mass graduates and entrepreneurs who volunteer their expertise to non-profit organizations.

Marissa Truong as an agent and staff recruiter for Realty Direct. In addition to her responsibilities selling properties, Truong recruits, hires and trains agents for the Quincy office of Realty Direct.

Born in New York State, Truong made Massachusetts her home in 1986 when she entered the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.

Prior to joining Realty Direct, Truong was employed as a realtor for a Framingham-based agency. The former co-owner of an environmentally safe dry cleaning firm, her career experience also includes years spent in pharmaceutical sales.

Truong holds the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR ®), considered the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

She resides in Southborough with husband Tom Truong, President of the Quincy-based Realty Direct, and their two daughters.

As Treasurer and Real Estate Agent for the Quincy office of Realty Direct, Chun-Hon Cheung, originally from Hong Kong, oversees financial aspects of the office in addition to his responsibilities selling properties.

Cheung brings years of accounting experience to his new posts at Realty Direct. Prior to joining the real estate firm, he was employed for four years with an insurance brokerage firm in Braintree and for 13 years at a Worcester-based plumbing distribution company.

A graduate of Atlantic Union College in South Lancaster, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics, Cheung is a resident of Natick.

In his spare time, he enjoys many outdoor sports, including downhill skiing, swimming, roller skating, ice skating and jogging.
